Elite Care Agency Ltd was founded in February 2004 with the aim of providing high quality domiciliary care services to Service Users within Salisbury city and the surrounding areas.
Through her years of experience and knowledge in both management and adult social care, the Managing Director understands the needs of both Service Users and Carers and this enables her and her team to manage the right match between parties.
Elite Care has a strong team of dedicated staff which understands and continually strives to improve their commitment to providing the highest quality of care to all their Service Users.
Our packages are individually tailored to Service User needs. Call times are agreed at the start of the care package and all calls are charged on time allocated (minimum of 30 minutes) and include mileage. All rates are reviewed annually in April.
All care packages are reviewed every six months with a member of our Senior Care Team. During the review all Service Users are asked to complete a Quality of Care survey. We use the results of the survey to monitor our services to ensure that they are of the highest quality and to adapt them to our Service User needs.
We started the company based on the experience and knowledge we gained in this field over the years. We have the experience in management and especially care services to fully understand the needs of both clients and carers.
This helps us to match the clients with their personal carers; this is an important part of care, as an understanding relationship needs to be built between both parties. We take great effort to ensure that both the carer and the client fit together and are happy with each other.
We are also here to answer any questions from families or clients about any concerns or needs.
As our business and reputation grew, in 2008 we found that it was necessary to move to a larger office facility near Stratford Subcastle. Our new office facliity ensures that we are able to conduct interviews, appraisals and team meetings.
By the end of 2012 we found that we needed to expand yet again; plans were put in place to move to an even larger office. We moved into the new office at the beginning of 2013. The new office includes individual meeting rooms and a large training room where we can administer additional in-house training to our staff to further enhance our care capabilities.
As a responsible employer we are very supportive to our carers, always in touch and our doors are never closed. This gives us a very happy team of professional carers, which reflects in their commitment and enthusiasm they give to our clients morale and care that they receive.
